Level #1. The Leadership Challenge Workshop Executive Preview
Based on the best-selling book The Leadership Challenge and backed by over 25 years of original research, The Leadership Challenge® Workshop is a unique and intense discovery process created by best-selling authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. The workshop demystifies the concept of leadership and approaches it as a learnable set of behaviors. In other words, forget about job titles. Participants experience and apply The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® through video cases, workbook exercises, group problem-solving tasks, lectures and optional outdoor action learning.

Level #2. Leading High Performing Teams
For any team to consistently accomplish the results that it sets out to achieve, it must overcome five common dysfunctions. This workshop is based on the New York List Bestseller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Pat Lencioni.
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s extraordinarily successful leadership fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this workshop package will enable you to help teams maximize their productivity and get results. You’ll learn to run the same team-building lessons that Patrick Lencioni himself has delivered to hundreds of teams in a wide range of organizations. Using the powerful, field-tested exercises, teams will be able to identify areas for improvement and make significant progress in each of the five fundamentals of a highly functioning team: Trust | Conflict | Commitment | Accountability | Results.
